Rice balls of fire came to UCLA, and for once, the line was not terribly unreasonable. I waited about 40 minutes before I got my food, and the staff were all really nice. I got the Hollywood sushi burrito, mainly because that was the only thing on the menu today :( It came with a side of three gyozas and a drink (I got water). The sushi burrito was pretty good, but not the best I've ever had--it had spicy tuna, tempura shrimp, imitation crab, cucumber, mixed greens, and rice rolled up in a nori wrap. The spicy tuna was a little bland but the tempura was still crunchy and the imitation crab was flavorful. The portion sizes are typical of food trucks that come to UCLA. The gyozas were nothing special, but were served cold :( Overall, 4/5.

Enjoyed the Hollywood Sushi-rito at Nights of the Jack in calabasas and it was delicious. A bit difficult to eat, but fresh and tasty! I loved the addition of greens! Kind staff & good portions for $16!

We ran into this truck again at the West Coast Taco and Beer Festival in Long Beach. It was still good food. My girlfriend stuck with the bulgogi fries and I changed it up and had the grilled cheese w/bulgogi and fries. After drinking so much, this food had an epic taste and seeing as we had history before, I can safely say that the food was top notch once again.

We really this food truck and are not sure why they have so many negative reviews. This is our first time tried their food at the Renegade craft fair at LA Historical park. Their menu is Korean fusion. We had bulgogi bowl, bulgogi quesadillas and fresh water melon juice. Everything is delicious. Bulgogi bowl is about $15, good portion beef bulgogi is tender, well-seasoning and grilled brisket, not fattening, served with white rice perfectly cooked and kimchi. The bulgogi quesadillas is very cheesy, moist, tasty with crunchy tortillas. The staff is friendly. We were waiting about 5-10 minutes for our food. They gave us a pager so we can wander shopping. We actually went back to the craft fair the next day to get their food... unfortunately,, they were not there!
